Carl i was telling Ah that years ago it was not unheard of to work your way up to the top. That assisted the Ceo as the lower step of the ladder problems had been seen and could there of be addressed with greater ease than if those stairs had not be walked. Our way of business is difficult for all in it. We are both Global and transient. There is no one group who controls a companies direction, again i go to paper service and contact our attourney. We are bound by abuse of law and interpretation of that law. Then we hit loyalty which is only to the dollar which is where we are at today for all ends of corporate America. It is no ones fault it working together is lost, I have to protect me is in, brown nosing is not productive but is people worried and honesty to improve sometimes isn't heard. It all boils down to company name which there use to be pride of where i work at is not there. Incentive to improve the company gets lost and it is terribly sad as human beings make the company work and when they know they are just dollars and not part of they don't work as well. They work for dollars not for you. Solutions, impossible for the CEO who too knows he is as good as todays head line. Resolution Greed.
