Everybody is having problems finding CEOs, not just CTXS. LU is the best example. T will soon go through the same process, since Armstrong's days are numbered. If I were a guy looking for a CEO job I would love the CTXS job. It is in a warm laidback place. The company has products that make money. The community seems supportive (lots of articles in the local media in past few years). On the other hand, maybe they aren't looking so hard. If CTXS were taken over, NOT having a CEO would be an asset and simplify the transition. Stranger things have happened.
