Scalia? You mean the guy who made Boise blush in court over his lame claim that he sought to count all the votes, when in fact he'd been seeking partisan advantage by arguing for just part of the votes to be counted?

Don, you whine about the USSC decision being partisan. But I haven't heard a whisper about some equally partisan decisions: those by the FLSC.

Your complaint seems to be simply a matter of whose ox is getting gored, and not a matter of justice.
