Nosmo....... Great job on the Thread FAQ. Most of these yokels are too stupid to show their appreciation when someone of your talent wanders by and provides a substantive contribution. Well done. BTW, why do you have so much time to waste? Is your behavior, perhaps, symptomatic and indicative as to why the Lahey Clinic lost $24 million this past year?
