Techplayer,re:"CIEN". The problem is not the company's
strategy. I think WS will need another spin on CIEN to
get the PE stablize to something respectful now that it
is competing with CSCO head-to-head.

WS needs story (good one) to spin the PE as high as it
can.

The company is excellent. The PE, the story to unfold and
the spin are not at the 'optimal/desirable' stance at this
time. Add to that the slow-down.

Just some common sense(maybe?).
