Richard, As most everyone knows, the CEO isn't buying the stock for short term gains. I expect he will be "under water" until the end of the year, unless he knows something we don't. (hmmmm)
The point is that he is buying.
Your apparent contention is that this is not an issue to consider because you think he makes poor decisions.
I find the timing of his purchases interesting. He is just aware as we, that the company has historically had tax loss selling during the last two weeks of the year.
Why didn't he wait?
I disagree with your opinion of Faulkner strongly.
Have you met him? Have you been to a stockholders meeting?
Have you ever spoken with him?
If not, you should.
