Rande Is, in spite of constant downgrades of Semi's the SOX is up 5% today and nearly 20% above 11/30 low. Their ability to move up against constant analyst negatives bodes well for tech in general. Now if AG cooperates we may be out of the woods. All bets are off if we break 2595.
