They're baaaaack.

Less than a month ago, the service provider bought several new Sun servers, one of which has already begun crashing because of memory-related issues, Morrison said. Because the service provider uses Sun servers for all its production and development applications, Sun is pretty much locked in as its vendor, he added. Based on Sun's information, at this point "the mirrored cache appears to
be the only way they have corrected the problem with 100 percent certainty," Morrison said. But he added that Sun told him that that technology will not be available until the end of next month and that companies must get on a list in order to get the fix.

Chic, I play it both ways and after such a straight fall SUNW may recover a bit.

The long term price chanel is now in the $34 to $42 range, assuming the same sales growth rate.

Also the P/E came down to earth on a relative basis to below 50 and every one and his brother are now short SUNW.

I will bail out after entering the channel.

Another beaten down darling LU has also it's irrational bursts in price as all the world is shorting it as a hedge to the debt they buy.(vendor financing)
