$275M loss reserve might be scrutinized but no one could have expected at $40B cap shave...

I'm surprised that you can't connect the dots and infer from this just how overvalued Crisco is.

If the loss reserve is so minor, why did CSCO change its disclosure policy to hide more information?

You're missing the main reason for the decline, Gary. It has nothing to do with the nominal amount of the reserve.
