justone- I like your version of tech time, "very likely tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow." My version is, at the mimimum, double every new technology rollout projection timeframe. End-end IP voice falls in this category.

But what's this about a MGC? Software on a workstation to avoid having to go through a CO so voice traffic goes directly to a trunking network. Can you add some color to MGC? Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)
