Yes, I remember his coverage. Of course, I liked it, but I seem to recall some reservations I had, nevertheless. He is a smart guy, and industrious, I will say. Anyway, I read about that. All I can say is that everyone on the court had an interest in the composition of the court, and in a few other instances it might easily have been personal. Waiting four years to get another crack at it, when she is not in her dotage, would have, in the end, been easy enough to swallow, I think. I do not think it is a big deal, since the legal reasoning seems fine to me. I have no idea why you characterize O'Connor's vote as surprising. I was not surprised........
