Is there anythng Greenspan could do to prevent what happened
in Japan from happening here like flooding the system with
liquidity. Maybe have a mid session rate cut like he did
to avoid the LTCM catastrophe. Whats his best policy option
at this stage? Greenspan is a very smart guy so I am sure
he knows what kind of problems are looming.
