Mike, Greenjeans is likely to come under some criticism in coming weeks if he doesn't make a surprise move. Personally, I think he's doing the right thing. I don't think there's an economically sound way to unwind the mess he made without a recession. So we might as well get it over with. Despite the slowing in the economy and the correction in the Nascrap, the stock market is still double where it should be by most historical measurements, the trade deficit is still monstrous, personal savings are non-existent, profit margins for many companies remain above sustainable levels, credit levels are huge relative to GDP..... People are starting to get nervous. But in haircut terms we have only cut an inch off the beards of ZZ Top on our way to going bald. (bg) Wayne
