jpgill..."qcom comes to mind" even uncle frank will remember when i visited the thread, and started taking positions in the seventy and lower range... risk is worth taking in some issues, especially those that are not lock step with the market...look for higher highs on volume, and higher lows on less volume...many of the chips are acting this way... fed will cut, sooner or later, markets will start to look forward to an improving economy and return of earnings growth... high pe's still scare me...most seem to set lower highs and lows, showing momentum loss good luck ed
