Of course, a 7-2 majority blasted the hand-count as ordered by the FSC. Since the FSC ordered count included a far greater attention to fairness than what Gore/Boise had sought, it follows that all previous Gore/Boise efforts were even less fair and constitutional. Huh, surely Al didn't ask for a counting plainly greedy and unfair? Dang, I guess he did.
