Is it or is it not a change in bias? They didn't explicitly say they were changing the bias, just that they were going to be vigilant . . . the markets tanked because CNBC said there was no change anywhere, then they bounced when they realized that the language seemed to imply a change in bias and now they're falling again -- because maybe people are realizing they didn't actually say they were changing the bias! Do they normally say what they're doing? Explicitly?

I was just reminded that they don't explicitly cite a bias anymore. So I guess this is a change in bias. Markets decided to go lower.

We are nearing that 2523 mark onthe COMP where we bounced at the end of November..
That BTW is the 50 percent retracement off the old highs..
Who has the guts to play it???
