We are not having any problems with LiveCharts. I suggest clearing the cache on your browser. Depending on the type and version of your browser, there are different ways to do that (see below). If you continue to have problems, please let me know.

First go to a different page other than our site, such as lycos.com. Click on "View" and then "Internet Options." Then click on the button labeled "Delete Files" in the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab. Make sure there is a check mark where it says "Delete all subscription content," and then click on OK. Next you want to click on the button "settings" and then click on the button "view files". On your keyboard you want to hit "Ctrl-A" at the same time to highlight all the files. Then you want to hit delete on your keyboard to delete all files listed. Next click on "yes" to confirm the deletion of files and also click on ok in both of the pop up windows. Then shut down your browser and restart it.
