Seven Democratic justices overrule a clear statuatory deadline so that more votes can be counted ONLY in heavily democratic precincts. You're right, nothing partisan about that.

And the last decision is so bad that even their own chief justice defects and criticizes their partisanship in a strongly worded dissent.

You know, the USSC decision doesn't look that partisan or outrageous to Republicans. And maybe that's the clue that BOTH were.
