and if the "alternative energy" was cost effective, it would have taken hold....

guess the "oil lords" kept prices low enough to prevent the "pro american" energy saviors from rescuing us...

you think princeton plasma physics lab, or the thomas jefferson nuclear accelerator facility will ever create efficient and low cost energy.....been thirty years, still funded....

what's up with that?

Bush may surprise us with combo of oil exploration
and alternatives
California is very far along with liquid methane in municipal buses and trucks

I think alternative pursuits are too far along to stop
fuel cell technology is actually in place
for small office buildings

realternative energy
I have a friend who used to work with alternative energy; he concluded it is less expensive and more efficient to continue using fossil fuels and to just make them cleaner. Coal has been made much cleaner and there is plenty of it but the public does not yet realize this.
