Let me ask you one question and I will leave it at that. Did TA work in 1929? Or with the Nikkei in the 90's?

New lows have been expanding on a day by day basis by at least 50-100 more per day. You're still fighting the momentum on a short-term basis. It may be that the new lows number will not exceed the figure at the Nov 30 low, but it's too soon to tell. It's going to be harder since the Nasdaq is delisting a lot of stocks - they have a delist news page on the site. It was good thing they took Dollar Tree out of the Nasdaq 100 on Monday.

On the NDX, there are also major bullish divergences in ROC and MACD between today and the last low of November 30. On the other hand, the OBV and Stochastics are not divergent.

Paul,

To update those price channels we have been discussing from time to time... NDX is finally going to fall today into its long-term channel as the COMPX did weeks ago.
