I don't consider 2500 to be a true psychological level, though if we do print 2500, it would break a spread double on the comp. But from what I can see, bottoms on the major indices are rarely marked by a bounce off of price support.

Look at that, CSCO at about a 50% retrace from the highs. I'm guessing that my buddy TLC saw that...
