William -- the flaw in your logic is that prices have come down to "reasonable levels" -- or so people think -- without taking into account reduced earnings. If earnings have come down by 50% and so has the stock price, then the stock is as overvalued as it was back when the Naz was north of 5000 -- ie. valuations have not come down at all -- yet.

The daily chart of JNPR says it all. The stock went off a cliff on the fed "news" -- nothing short of a miracle will keep this market from its appointment with destiny. Good luck if you are still long.
