Listened to a radio stock broker-host: he said look carefully for good stocks to buy but:
Don't buy ANY that are still in a down trend, wait for a basing
Buy only stocks with P/E s below 40, as investors are being very intolerant of p/es above that.

I have a stock, poor little Jaco, in electronic parts, bought at 16, forgot to watch it, its 7 now with a value around 28 or 30 and a p/e of under 3!!!!!!!!
Growth rate 60%!!!!!!
Oh well.
