Over the next few days, we will be posting documents on this website which support the facts. We will show that Insidetruth is a scam, and anthonypacific is a professional shorter. The first item to go on the site will be our patent listings.

The legal arm will reach out; but as this process takes some time, I feel it is important to prove the positive position of this company.

Think of it this way: if a neighbor accuses you of being a bank robber and proceeds to tell everyone in town, a good portion of your friends will believe it. The sad part is, some people will continue to believe it, even after you prove it to be false.

It unnerves me that people who have no idea what is going on will get hurt!

Words are easy to say! The facts will speak for themselves. We all have made mistakes, "we" meaning all of you, and me. Yesterday's letter (referring to John instead of Kevin) and, in previous PR's, I have made mistakes. I'm positive we will make more--did you ever make a mistake on a new job or business start-up?

Production seems to be the major question. If we had 10,000 units sitting in a warehouse, the question would be "when are you going to get some sales?" If we had rushed into production and the product was failing and being returned, we would be crucified. I will follow the path I know works.

As you read this, we are making all the parts for a major production run at the first of the year, to fill ORDERS. Parts such as plastic housings made locally, AC sockets assembled in Costa Rica, CCD boards made in Taiwan! Yes, we--SeaView--are the "Taiwan connection" --thus my confidence in that project.

My biggest mistake was to try and inform everyone. We have ZERO financing dependent on the price of our stock. My original shares are still in certificate form. My point is, we have been trying to educate our stockholders and new people about our company. I felt open communication was a major missing link in public companies. I thought I would do it differently...

I was wrong.

I had no idea the depths people would go to; I had no idea people like Anthony existed. Still, all this has not affected this company, its people, or our clients. I have also been reassured that it will not have an effect on our potential move to the American Stock Exchange.
