Excellent post 200mph!!! You nailed it on the head IMO. It's all a game but with two different sets of applications of the rules, one set applied in favor of well-connected big guys and another set applied against mostly little guys. It's the big guys that screw others for most of the BIG money and they generally escape untouched, not the little guys who they prosecute frequently. The rules should be applied evenly.

Imagine a $2 stock dropping to a dime and what shareholder complaints would bring on. CMGI can drop from $380 to $6 and there isn't a peep.
