Greenspan blew it. He did NOT get his soft landing. Stocks getting slammed. Layoffs for Christmas. Deferred/retirement plans slowly diminishing. The Houses rubbing their palms together. AG is the true grinch.

Thanks for the link. The data series snippet is not enough to confidently draw conclusions. A longer series is necessary, and one must account for other sources and uses money. Given the increase in money supply in early December 2000, one might look for the equity indices to increase again. I don't see equities rising but I do see bonds rising.
