NOT GOOD

from foundry release.

The lower projections ``reflect a shift over the last few weeks in the pattern of
communications infrastructure capital spending,'' Foundry Chief Executive Bobby
Johnson said in a statement. Internet service providers and electronic-commerce
sites have cut such spending, Foundry said.

"These guys never quit"
i think you are much better than them.
they kept upgrading when market peak and downgrading
when market going south. they don't know what they
are doing. for one stock, some upgrading while some
down grading the same time. i wonder if they do any
research.

the difference, they are professional and being paid for
analyzing market/stocks.

however, you have the gut to predict of the bear market
when it peaked while they still encourage buying. you also
have the gut to talk down about CSCO when it was 70 or higher.

Sometime I don't believe it, but it happened.
