It is very simple. The Fed should let growth accelerate, and we should pay off the national debt.

After the debt is paid off, tax cuts are appropriate.

Remember how many round trips to the sun you can pave with $5 trillion in dollar bills?

Why are Republicans so incredibly dense about this?

As for the increase in defence spending it will be relatively minor. Far less then the size of the decrease over recent years.
