You posted a link from The Register some time ago to a powerpoint file at Intel's site that said Foster would have multitreading capability (Jackson Technology) and I responded to that one.

Yes, that's just what the Willamette core needs, another layer of abstraction for the decode units to increase latency, and something to make it fussier about code that hasn't been optimized for it.
