Where do the Florida Legislative and Executive branches go for relief and redress in your perfect world?

You believe what you want. 7 SC justices disagree with your view of what is constitutional and 5 disagree with your view of remedy. I think that makes you the one who can't understand the law.

Are you kidding? From your statements, it seems you would agree that if the Florida legislature passed a law that its electors would be chosen exclusively by white, heterosexual men between the ages of 42 and 65, who are also card-carrying members of either the Nazi Party or the Ku Klux Klan, there would be no role for the federal courts in determining the constitutionality of that statute.

Unless I misinterpreted your post, I think you're wrong about federal court jurisdiction here.
