Greg- the last balance sheet on 3/31 VARL carried $1.70/share in cash and some inventory. I was expecting a writeoff in book value to about $2.30. I wanted to know if you recently visited the company. Were they really busy? This stock thoroughly reminds me of Centennial Technology NYSE:CTN. Was delisted from making up bogus sales traded on the pink sheets for nearly 4 years and now trades on NASDAQ CENL. I still contend there is some hope for VARL if they can profitably make a product. It would be nice if we can get some recently audited financial statements for this year.

The $4 price was in reference to buying BWSI. I am trying to rein there at a sub $4 price.

Sorry I forgot Greg jbaldus@kc.rr.com. And now comes the flurry of hate mail from those pie in the sky VARL investors.

My hunch has paid off thanks to some aid from a somewhat encouraging press release. Unfortunately we are very near my perceived fair value of the company given the continued uncertainties here.
