Thanks for the information. I am a bit surprised the stock has held up as well. In the new year I will probably sell and buy more primewest which has more natural gas exposure.

MXT will have to make their announcement in a hurry after the board mtg to meet exchange requirements. I spoke to them as well and my sense is that they still have to sort out their focus for 2001 - growth or distributions. They have ample cash flow and a long reserve life prior to the acquisition, and yet it is supposed to be accretive. The only way the capital value should increase is if they raise the distributions to above $0.08 per month.
