This a very good point.
Seems the FED wants more evidence and is willing to wait for it. As usual, the markets over shoot on emotion.

I just use the classic definition of recession. Two consecutive quarters of negative GNP growth.
Stagflation is not a good word for the markets. Haven't seen that one for 10 years. I hope we don't get that.
For those who don't know, stagflation is basically no growth with rising prices..
