The present climate for stocks will continue to stink until the Fed actually eases. I can't see them doing a "mid-month"
change but can see the reduction going to .50. Those who buy between now and the end of January should be in for a once-in-a-decade ride with a string of interest rate decreases, continuing decreases in inflation and government spending, tax reductions (any will help), a gridlocked Congress that can't do anything extreme,etc. When we finally figure out that the glass is half FULL instead of half empty.......

The glass is now clearly HALF FULL. Another -.25 at the end of January!
