Can't comment on the lawsuit etc.----just want to add a little personal experience here.

The 1971 bear market decimated everyone in a very brief time. Anyone with cash was able to selectively buy over the next few years as the market began to recover. Such high techs as Teledyne went to under $5.00 per share and MCIC to around $2.00 per share. Both did recover.

For those with the $ to invest the bear market did provide an opportunity. IMO what we have seen recently is a move to the consumer stocks which provide the basics and are not affected by consumer buying for Christmas. When these stocks begin to peak and decline then we will rotate back to the other sectors.

Let's hope INSP shares in that recovery. Thanks to whoever posted the article about the companies in the wireless industry.
