Ted, With the exception of Russia, the only thing the other countries have is nuclear bomb capability, if that. None of them (including Russia) have the ability to mount a multiple strike attack that would challenge our current missle arsenal and defense system. This may be a news to you, but we don't have a defense system. All it takes is one missile aimed at NYC, and I am probably dead. The fact that US can launch a retaliatory strike will not do me any good. Joe
