Hi Fault Line,

A very good question re. an organized Inauguration Day demonstration. I actually read here on SI, and more than once, right wing rants about armed conflict if a recount went to Gore. The implicit threat of violence horrified me, but I understood the sense of outrage.

So yeah, I'd participate in an Inauguration Day protest, even here, all by my lonesome, in this small New England fishing village. It's certainly our right to protest.
