Re: "There is blood everywhere - on Wall Street - but not in the overall economy. "

Especially in the portfolio's of the huge baby boomer's.

Come January/February when they see they have to pay taxes at the same time they incurred huge loses from the funds who were selling they will throw the towel in and redeem their shares causing a greater blood bath which will bring the profits of many corps in further jeopardy. I guess if you short it will be profitable for awhile. By then Greenspan will have sucked enough money out of the system and will no doubt start his 1/4 point slow recovery eases.

FREE CONTROLLED MARKETS BUT NOT FOR EVERYONE!

Oh yeah I been hearing lately "This is a normal down cycle people shouldn't worry. The market goes through these and it's even healthy". Yeah except it wasn't so normal a down turn for many bell weather companies down 100% and better.

It would of been better if Greenspan would of not tried to soft land maybe we would of gotten all the bears corralled at once and gotten it over with sooner but he was just out to get Joe sixpack.
