Eeew! That stuff is yucky. Here is the ticket: a thick slice of homemade bread made from white wheat thickly ground (with little grains of barley and rye mixed in for texture), fried in lightly salted butter, and covered in homemade strawberry preserves (the kind that is positively stuffed with whole strawberries). Oh that is terribly yummy; and the best part is, the more you eat, the healthier you get.
