Thanks for sensitizing me to this important issue. I would similarly say that there is no cream cheese but Philadelphia worth much, and,ipso facto, a cheesecake made without Philadelphia cream cheese is a weak substitute at best. There is no other sour cream than Breakstone. I think I can say, without fear of contradiction, that Nilla Wafers are THE vanilla wafers, and Oreos are THE chocolate sandwich cookies. Few people have grasped that Campbell's Tomato Soup made with whole milk is a whole other thing. Likewise, a turkey sandwich without Hellman's mayonnaise is hardly a turkey sandwich at all.........
