The truth is that the market should in retrospect should not have gone so wild in 1999 but it did and those who stayed long are paying a price now. The truth also is that the US is not entering a depression and that the Fed will be cutting rates on January 31 at the latest. A bottom is being formed. God knows how far this psychological part of the decline will continue to. At some point it wont be buying the dip, but buying the actual bottom. Could be today even. Dont make the same mistake I did by buying into the psychological pessimism at this time. You have preserved capital and perhaps even made some money on the short side. When will you go long?
