50% reduction would only bring prices back to where they were 1 year ago in SF.

90% reduction in real estate prices would only be circa 1990.. You fail to realize how INSANE the bay area real estate has become lately..

10 months ago if I had told you all the internuts were going to fall by 90%, would you have said that's impossible? GET REAL, PETS.COM could never fall 90%.. 50% maybe, but 90? no way.
