i don't believe i ever heard the congress mentioned when ClintonGore was taking credit for all of its' claimed accomplishments. i will take clintongore at its' word. i still think it was a travesty that the nobel peace prize committee ignored clintongore's plea for a prize for middle east peace - especially when you consider that clintongore accomplished that peace at least once in every one of the eight years it was in office.
