No kidding. That's absolutely true. If a structure has 4 supporting walls and some kind of roof, AND it sits on its own land (instead of being a floor in a multi-unit building) then you're going to get 700,000 for it, MINIMUM, NO MATTER HOW MUCH OF A SHITHOLE IT IS.
