Nor is it clear that the possibility of a terrorist act disallows the need for a missile defense. Two different threats, one common thread...death and devastation. Al, I don't believe there is a national defense system that can stop a terrorist attack. Terrorists operate on too low a level as evidenced by the attack on our boat docked at Yemen. As for a rogue country attacking us, if we can't take them out with all our missles and planes, then we should surrender now and be done with it. ted
