I think its probably just server capacity. they can't handle the volume when everyone is trading all at once.

it's an odd thing to have to factor into trading decisions and risks.

Thank you, Kevin. When I said this couple of times early this year, no body paid attention. All they have to do is unplug one segment of the fiber cable for a few minutes to kill trading by a whole bunch of traders.
