LG, you have some interesting ideas. Sounds like you have done your research. I'm a very short-term trader, so when I say "flat", I'm talking a day or two. I'm strictly a NAZ player. Do you think traders care about the July 99 consolidation? I don't think so. I think we're in no man's land. Isn't the GDP number coming out soon? influence? I think you're right that it depends on the big boys. In reference to a move upward, I think everyone is waiting for someone (important) to make a move. to start buying. Today it obviously did not happen. FLAT, drifting downward. but essentially flat. Do you know historically how the week before and after Christmas usually plays out? New Years week? Since they both fall on a Monday will that play a role? Do you have the "Trader's Almanac"? That would come in handy. You seem to have some definite ideas...care to share them? Thanks, J
