Yea, it's just the debt holders [banks] that will be wiped out when Shrubs pulls an FDR and declares a moratorium on Clown mortgage payments.

i agree that people have to live somewhere but there are lots of internet/stock option related millionaires who borrowed depending on value of options and now they are worth zilch...
their high priced homes will go on sale and they will move to cheaper housing...i believe the high priced market homes will see the greatest percentage fall as these would be milionairs go down..
