I kinda doubt it. I'd put the PC in the same category as TV's and VCR's right now. Primarily a replacement market.

Folks who don't have one yet are likely to opt for a smart cellphone instead. If they do choose a PC, it's likely to be a low-end one.

If you would have told me "spending to increase 56 percent next year on IT" I would be wondering what the Nasdaq is doing at a 2 year low.

Isn't this being taken a bit too far--selloffs every day of 5 percent on the market when spending is to go up 50 percent plus next year?
