I have made money this year, am up 13.2% for December. You have to understand we can't influence the market, just try to figure out what it is going to do. Read this thread for a few months and you will learn a lot. The important point is that there are many, many other factors that influence the market rather than just interest rates. If you're going to blame AG for the bear market, are you also going to give him credit for 10 years of skyrocketing stock prices, unprecedentedly combined low unemployment and inflation, a productivity revolution, the installation and extension of a new telecom infrastructure, the erasure and reversal of federal budget deficits, and putting the national debt in danger for the first time in living memory?
